Reached the car wash at 7:05pm just to find that it is already closed. Website stating closing time at 8pm. Asked the car wash employee what's the actual closing time, he told 7:30pm but yet not willing to wash our car, telling that the machine has already powered down.
Very lousy service, probably will never pump the petrol from Esso anymore!
I really love this Esso because 1) there are so many lots, 2) the fairprice inside has a huge selection of stuff and 3) there is a bubble tea store. They even have a promotion where you pump petrol 2 times for at least $50 each and you would get a free bubble tea on the house! How awesome is that! Come and pump petrol here before you go for your meals at serangoon gardens 😊
Friendly pump attendants and staffs. Convenient spot and come with dbs atm. Didn’t use the car wash service though as it is not manual wash, afriad that the auto wash will damage car paint.

Boba tea will be our final stop before heading home. My daughter loves the milk tea with extra bubbles. Staff there are friendly.
As for Esso staff both cashiers and pump attendents are friendly. Will swing by to pump eventhough we have 2 other stations nearer to us. Keep it up Esso staff and Boba 👍
Spacious lots and side parking for small item purchases. For the carwash, for $14 it's 1+1 deal, avoid daytime for queues are long n the staff does too quick a job on the washes.....
Very friendly pump staff ( 2 tall Indian chaps). Always chirpy and polite and excellent customer service.
Used to go there all the time. The last two times I moved the car to put air in my tyres while my wife went to pay. Both times they shouted in the speakers and ran after me like I wanted to steal the petrol!
Won't be going back, even though they know that you have been fueling up for years at this place at an average of 1 x per week, you get treated like you are a thief!
Definitely not going back, not like this one is the only gas station in Singapore!

They provide machine wash with manual drying.
Was charged $11 and car was well cleaned.
